The town of Wels commemorates the 9 November with a rally against racism with TV journalist Elizabeth T Spira. As well as Spira there will be speeches from mayor Peter Koits and actor and director Hermann Schmidt. The closing words will be given by Laurien Scheinecker, member of the board of Welser Initiative gegen Faschismus. Music will be provided by Herwig Strobl. The rally will show a real sign against racism, xenophobia and hate. The organisers invite all who stand for democracy and human rights to attend! The rally will take place regardless of the weather.
